Steps for submitting a request in ExpertusONE Mantis Queue

Create a corresponding ticket in the Product queue

  • Provide high level summary about the ticket
  • Following attributes should be added
    • Select relevant 'Category'
    • Specify 'Reproducibility'- set this to 'N/A' if you are requesting for a feature
    • Leave default values for Severity & Priority
    • Specify the Product Version in which issue is reported
    • Set the 'Status' as New
    • Leave 'Assigned To' field blank
    • Leave 'Target Version' field blank
    • Provide Summary
    • Provide Detailed Description
    • Provide 'Steps to Reproduce' if its a product bug
    • Provide mockup's wherever needed.
    • If browser specific issue, provide the browser details in the description.
  All communications related to ticket should happen within mantis only, no outside communication

  • Don’t bundle multiple issues into single ticket
