Implementation

Expertus provides production ready deployment options for enterprises which desire to deploy ExpertusONE application suite. Expertus offers three deployment models, which are:

  • On-Demand - SaaS Model
  • Packaged Software Appliance
  • Traditional Deployment: On-Premise

On-Demand SaaS Model

With On-Demand SaaS deployment model, Organizations can get up and running ExpertusONE application quickly without complicating their internal IT. There’s no hardware or software to purchase, maintain and upgrade. So, Organization can keep their staff focused on solving business problems and let Expertus handle the technical complexities. On-Demand SaaS deployment model provides many benefits, including stability, short deployment times, and low operating expense, and rapid upgrades, without compromising on I.T. control and security measures that your business requires.

Expertus On-Demand SaaS model is characterized by the following capabilities:

Capability Description
Highly SecureEnterprises can implement and adhere to their corporate security practices and procedures to protect their project data at the application, network.
Cost EffectiveOrganization can reduce their software license, server, storage, and administrative costs by using the On-Demand SaaS deployment model as compared to On-Premise deployment model. In addition, the Virtual Appliance eliminates any hidden license and support costs for databases, operating systems, and middleware.
Easy Updates & No Maintenance HeadachesAs a managed services provider of ExpertusONE, Expertus has made it a company strategic imperative to ensure an easy upgrade process from release to release within its own datacenter.

Packaged Software Appliance Model

Packaged software appliance is a full application stack containing the operating system, the application software and its required dependencies, and the configuration and data files required to operate ExpertusONE application. Everything is preinstalled, pre-integrated, and ready to run. Expertus delivers ExpertusONE application along with necessary software and hardware, which can be hosted by the organization in their data center. Unlike, in on-demand SaaS model, the physical server will be hosted in organization data center.

Packaged Software Appliance Model brings many of the same benefits as on-demand SaaS model. Organization doesn’t have to assemble ExpertusONE application, operating systems, and middleware together by themselves. Expertus distribute ExpertusONE as a ready-to-run stack.

Traditional On-Premise Deployment Model

With the traditional on-Premise deployment model, organization can manage ExpertusONE product runtime environment on-premise, using their hardware maintained by their IT staff or by their Vendor. This option allows organization to use their existing IT infrastructure to build and deploy ExpertusONE applications. Organization maintains complete control of ExpertusONE application environment at all times, allowing organization to adhere to their internal processes and security procedures and easily integrate with other enterprise systems.
